Bio

“My favorite thing to do is to make things with other people. In audio post, we all go into our labs and tinker and create and refine, which I like, but the best part is when we get to the dub stage, and all of our work comes together like Voltron.” Paul Bercovitch graduated from Brown University in 2002 with a BA in Slavic Studies, after spending a semester abroad studying animation at a film school in Prague. He later moved to New York and worked in a music recording studio and as a DJ. During this time, he gained experience in sound for film/TV, first editing and mixing friends' films and documentaries, then eventually getting a job as a mixer at a small audio post facility. After that facility closed, Bercovitch continued freelancing in New York, before relocating to Los Angeles in 2012. He helped inaugurate the Broadcast Division at Formosa, as a part of the Game of Thrones editorial crew.
