Brooks. His passion for film and music has built a career, which has lasted nearly three decades. Brent has been immersed in the world of editing since his beginnings as an assistant editor in 1988, before joining Modern Music in 1994. After a stint of nearly twenty years he joined Formosa Music in 2013. Brent was nominated for a Golden Reel Award in 2002 for the musical feature film Rock Star as well as in 2007 for Getting Up: Contents Under Pressure. In 1998 he won a Golden Reel Award for the Oscar-nominated Anastasia. Brent has over 70 feature films to his credit, with titles that run the gamut from comedy (Parental Guidance) to family-oriented (Race To Witch Mountain) to action (Edge of Tomorrow) to documentary (Hannah Montana & Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert).
