Greg Hedgepath Supervising Sound Editor Sound Designer
"I love what I do because I get to be a sonic psychologist. Every sound my crew and I put into a film has the purpose of influencing the viewer's emotions. I imagine myself sitting in the audience's seat to determine how to impact them, whether it be an up front, in-your-face action scene or a subliminal, tonal sequence that sneaks into their ears and wraps itself around their brain.

Supervising Sound Editor and Sound Designer Greg Hedgepath has worked in film and television sound for more than 20 years. Hedgepath studied sound recording at the Eastman School of Music and is a graduate of the University of Maryland. He spent six years as a post-production engineer at National Public Radio in Washington D.C. where he gained valuable experience in recording radio dramas, live music and remote sessions. He got his start in film at Lucasfilm in Northern California. He later worked as a sound editor, sound designer, re-recording mixer and supervising sound editor at Sony, Warner Bros., Soundelux and Danetracks, and is now thrilled to be part of a creative group of talented sound professionals at Formosa Features.
